Purpose of processing

The personal data processed by Realease Pro B.V. is intended to:

Perform our services, in particular providing our SaaS platform, including the CRM system, the Curations Backoffice, and the Customer Kanban System;
Improve our services;
Enable invoicing and the administrative handling of the agreement;

Carry out marketing and communication activities, including improving the website by analyzing visitor behavior;
Send newsletters;
Exchange data with third parties for the purpose of performing the service, insofar as this is necessary.

Basis for processing

The basis for processing this data is the agreement you have entered into with Realease Pro B.V. Realease Pro B.V. only shares personal data with third parties if this is strictly necessary for the execution of an agreement and to comply with relevant laws and regulations. No personal data is sold. We conclude a processor agreement with third parties who process personal data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.
